JOB SITE CARE INSTRUCTIONS
If you are experiencing symptoms of being sick, you will need to register with Job Site Care (JSC) and go through the symptom screener before arriving for work.
If you start to experience symptoms of feeling sick during a work shift, you will need to register and fill out the symptom screener. Once you’ve registered once with JSC, you do not have to register a second time.
*If any LC Team Member needs to contact JSC, the process must be followed to call out sick four hours prior to the scheduled shift by contacting the direct supervisor and manager. JSC does not contact our management staff when a Team Member calls in so please make sure proper steps are followed to call out sick.
- Scan the QR code with your phone camera or text REGISTER to (833) 321-1114.
- Follow the registration prompts.
- Add POWDR Hotline as a contact in your phone.
- To go through a symptom screener text CHECK to (833) 321-1114. *This will only send and recognize your cellphone number that you registered.*
- Follow the symptom question prompts.
- Wait for the registered nurse from JSC calls your cellphone to go over your symptoms with you.
- At this time you will be instructed to wait out symptoms for a specified amount of time (24, 48 or 72 hours) or instructed to go get a COVID-19 test.
- Free COVID tests are available in many locations. Please see the attached sheet for locations.
- Once you receive your test results, contact JSC to inform them of the result.
RETURN TO WORK
- LC Team Members need to stay in contact with their direct supervisor and management team regarding their cleared return date that they will receive from JSC.
- If a LC Team Member is returning from work after having COVID19, it is not required to have a negative test result.
- It is a requirement to return to work to have a ‘normal’ temperature for 48 hours prior to the return.
- It is a REQUIREMENT that JSC has given the clearance date for a LC Team Member to return to work. If a LC Team Member has not gone through JSC for return to work clearance, they will not be allowed to return to work until the clearance has been given from JSC.
- POWDR/LEE CANYON no longer provides COVID19 sick pay as per the vaccination policy.

|IC Labs performs rapid COVID-19 and RT-PCR testing. Same day appointments can be scheduled via the website, https://rapidtesting.us. The IC Labs rapid COVID-19 tests is performed using a nasal swab sample. Someone from their team will come to your car to perform your test. If you choose to wait in your car, you may receive a print out of your rapid test results in as little as 45 minutes. Otherwise, you will receive an email when your tests results are available in their Patient Portal, usually in about 2-3 hours. Rapid RT-PCR results are available by the end of the day.
